Haruhiro Inoue, MD, performs a per oral endoscopic myotomy for achalasia after receiving a gastric sleeve. The patient is a 45-year-old man with history of diabetes, obesity BMI 31 s/p gastric sleeve in 2017, and sleep apnea presents for treatment of achalasia.
