Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy for Type II vs Type III Achalasia with EndoFLIP 2.0

Ping Hong Zhou, MD uses an Endo FLIP 2.0 to diagnose type II or type III Achalasia. In this case the patient is a 61-year-old woman with history of anxiety and depression presenting for the management of her Achalasia. The symptoms have been present for two years with an ASA classification of two.
