Stavros Stavropoulos, MD, performs a Zenker's diverticulotomy. The patient is an 84-year-old woman with CAD s/p angioplasty (2017), CHF (EF 40%), PPM AICD, HTN, Hypothyroid s/p thyroidectomy for cancer presents with worsening dysphagia, regurgitation, and choking.
