Ping-Hong Zhou, MD, performs a per oral endoscopic myotomy for achalasia. The patient is a 53 year old female with a history of achalasia for 36 months. She has previously received a heller myotomy in April of 2012, but had recurrent symptoms 10 months after treatment.
