Naohoisa Yahagi, MD, performs a colon endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) on a 75 year old woman with a history of colon polyps. The patient went under surveillance colonoscopy in November 2017. Prior to colonoscopy (06/28/2012) a 2.0 cm cecal tubilovillous adenoma was removed by endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR).
