Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection of Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Naohisa Yahagi, MD, performs endoscopic submucosal dissection of gastric adenocarcinoma. The patient is a 74 year old man with a history of hypertention, sick sinus syndrome status post PPM, CKD stage 4, obstructive sleep apnea and history T2N1 colon cancer sub post right hemicolectomy (2008) and chemo presents for management of gastric adenocarcinoma. Patient was incidentally noted to have 2cm gastric Paris lli lesion on EUS to evaluate elevated LFTs.
